Balanced Audio Technology is proud to offer existing VK-5i owners much of the leading edge technology incorporated in our new reference VK-50SE preamplifier. The VK-5SE upgrade is now available from the factory that updates the VK-5i as follows:

1. New 6H30 BAT Super Tubes
2. New "Six Pak" output capacitors
3. New custom toroidal power transformers
4. Numerous other modifications to the power supply and gain stage sections

The U.S. retail price for this upgrade for later series VK-5i's (Rev. D board or later) is $1950.
